Hardwood Lumber & More...
...is the tri-state's only locally owned full-service woodworking store. We arose out of the opportunity presented when a long established lumber store in Cincinnati, Ohio left the retail marketplace resulting a very large number of buyers of lumber, plywood and veneer with no reliable source of supplies at competitive prices. In determining to fill this void we decided that if we were going to open a new store to serve woodworkers, it would have to be a "full-service" woodworking store. If the objective was going to be anything short of becoming the one-stop woodworking experience that our customer's deserve, then there would be no point in proceeding.
While our background is hardwood lumber, hardwood plywood, and veneers, Hardwood Lumber & More... is more than just a hardwood lumber store...much more. In addition to lumber, plywood, and veneer we offer abrasives, finishes and tools. We are dealers for Jet, and Powermatic, two of the most important names in stationary woodworking machinery. We are also dealers for Easy Wood Tools, Fein, Flex Cut, Freud, Kreg, SENCO, Shop Fox, VacuPress, Whiteside, Wilton and others. At Hardwood Lumber & More... you will also find books on every aspect of woodworking as well as classes. We also offer blade and bit sharpening, custom router bits, custom plywood lay-ups and custom cabinet doors and drawer faces.
In addition to our extensive inventory we offer our customers the convenience of a Rockler Woodworking and Hardware store within our store. As a result of this relationship with Rockler we stock thousands of Rockler’s most popular items, some not even in the Rockler catalog. If we happen not to have a particular item in stock you can order it from our store for free delivery with our next weekly shipment.
